• Economic Interests: We offer the best prices and attractive promotional deals to positively impact your purchasing power, your bills, and your savings.
• Respect for Hygiene Standards and Your Privacy: We offer food products that comply with safety, hygiene, and health standards. All our products, equipment, and teams operate in accordance with these standards. Therefore, we kindly ask you to leave your pets at the reception desk before entering the store, and to refrain from taking photos or videos inside the store.
• Putting Your Safety at the Heart of Our Priorities: We take all necessary measures to ensure you can shop under the best safety conditions. However, we encourage you to remain vigilant and to keep an eye on your personal belongings (wallets, passports, laptops, phones, etc.). Kin Marché cannot be held responsible in case of loss of your items.
• Service Compliance: We understand that a customer may wish to exchange or be refunded for a product. For any refund or exchange request, please present your receipt. However, Kin Marché reserves the right to limit or refuse any claim that does not meet these criteria. All returned items will be subject to verification by the store manager, who reserves the right to accept or reject the return.
• Ethics, a Pillar of Our Values: Our teams strive to be courteous, available, responsible, professional, and always at your service. In case of misunderstanding, refusal to cooperate, or negligence by one of our staff members, please report it to our customer service.
• A Privileged Harmonious Relationship: We remain attentive to your feedback in order to improve our product offerings and services. We invite you to share your opinions and ideas with the store manager.

You agree to receive communications via email, phone, text message, and/or SMS from Kin Marché or its third-party providers, business partners, or marketing affiliates regarding services, related services, updates, information, promotional emails, and/or product announcements.

In this context, you agree and consent to receive all communications at the mobile phone number you have provided. For this purpose, you further authorize Kin Marché to share or disclose this information to any third-party service provider, affiliate, group company, or authorized agent.
