Terms and Conditions – KIN MARCHÉ Tombola Magique
1. Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participation is prohibited for minors.
- Purchases must be made at a KIN MARCHÉ store located in the city of Kinshasa.
- KIN MARCHÉ employees are not authorized to participate in this Tombola.
2. Participation Terms
- Any customer who has made a purchase of at least $1 can purchase a Tombola ticket for the sum of $1.
- Any customer who has made purchases of $20 or more receives one free Tombola ticket.
- A customer meeting the requirements may obtain multiple tickets.
3. Ticket Validation
To participate, the customer must:
- Correctly write their full name and phone number on both the counterfoil (left part) and the right part of the original ticket.
- Detach the counterfoil and insert it into the ballot box available in the store.
- Keep the original right part safely to present it at the time of prize collection.
⚠️ In case of loss of the original ticket, the customer automatically loses their eligibility. Photos or photocopies will not be accepted.

5. Prize Draws
- Weekly: One winner per store for a weekly prize (refrigerator, LED TV screen, or phone).
- Official Event (March 28, 2026): Grand draw for the main prizes (car and motorcycles).
6. Prize Collection and Taxes
- Winners will be contacted by phone. If no contact is established within 14 days, the prize will be put back into play.
- Mandatory Tax: Any winner of a prize with a market value ≥ $300 must pay a 10% tax of the prize's market value within 15 days following the announcement, before the prize is awarded.
- Proof of identity, physical presence, and the original ticket are mandatory.
